Position: LHF Executive Director

Lutheran Heritage Foundation (LHF) seeks nominations and applicants for the position of Executive Director at the upcoming year end retirement of its current director. LHF is a Recognized Service Organization (RSO) of the LCMS headquartered in Macomb, MI.

Candidates should:

  • Be an ordained LCMS pastor in good standing;
  • Be driven and passionate about the LHF mission of providing the good books of our Lutheran faith to churches, missionaries and individuals in nearly 100 countries, in languages they can read and understand;
  • Serve as the spiritual leader of LHF, working with a well-established team to accomplish our mutual goal of translating and publishing these confessional Lutheran materials, through which the Holy Spirit works to call His children to faith in Jesus Christ;
  • Continue to develop and foster productive relationships with a broad network of LCMS partners and supporters, ranging from the LCMS Office of the President to the average person in the pew to international partners across 6 continents;
  • Be willing to extensively travel internationally and nationally;
  • Have foreign mission field experience and fluency in multiple languages (desired).
